Exchanges and Returns
Not satisfied? We’ll refund your money!
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Our goal is for our products to bring excitement and joy when they arrive at your home so that you’ll always come back.
If, for any reason, you are disappointed with your purchase, we’ll do our best to resolve your issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
In cases of exchanges or returns due to regret or withdrawal — when the product is in perfect condition but does not meet the customer’s expectations — you have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request a return via email or phone.

Send the product back through postal mail, with shipping costs paid by the customer, to the sender’s address.
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage to seals (if any), and accompanied by all accessories included.
Once the product is received and the above conditions are verified, you may choose one of the following options:
Receive store credit equal to the total amount paid, which can be used for another purchase immediately or within 6 months.
Receive a refund of the product’s value, through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
* If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it back to the address provided by the company, and only then will the refund be processed.
* The store is not obliged to exchange any product that shows signs of misuse or to fulfill requests made outside the specified time limits.

According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, the retailer is not legally required to exchange products due to the consumer’s regret about color, size, model, or any other similar reason.
The consumer’s legal right is limited to exchanges or returns in cases of defective products.
All occurrences described above — and any others that may arise — must be communicated to our store by phone or email.
Products returned without prior notice, outside the specified time limits, or missing parts/accessories may be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.
If any of the following situations occur, please refuse delivery of the product:
Opened or damaged packaging;
Damaged product;
Product different from the one ordered;
Missing accessories.
If you still receive the product, please contact our store’s support team within 72 hours of receipt.
